Finding a beachfront villa for holiday rental can be quite a challenge in Bali; there simply are not that many to choose from. Villa Cemara is a particular rarity, occupying a position on the beach in the heart of the pretty tourist area of Sanur. Particularly suitable for families, Villa Cemara is located down a quiet lane and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and wealth of water activities available on Sanur’s safe golden sand beach.
A modern holiday home, Villa Cemara incorporates traditional Balinese styling and artworks with modern living convenience for up to 8 guests. Consisting of 4 separate tropical pavilions, the villa has 2 accommodation units, each with 2 double en-suite bedrooms, a kitchen & staff unit and a delightful living and dining pavilion, open to the fresh ocean breezes.
An excellent villa for entertaining the well equipped kitchen is run by experienced staff and even features a ‘walk-in’ refrigerator..... keeping wine cool as you gaze out to sea is not a problem here!
The villa takes its name from the Cemara tree, a large example of which shades the southern side of the villa and the neighbouring Balinese Cemara temple. With grass thatched roofs, swaying palm trees and scented frangipani trees, Villa Cemara delivers a wonderful tropical holiday experience over-looking the Lombok Straits and distant islands of Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan.
MAIN LEVEL - LIVING PAVILION
Entrance to garden through antique Balinese gates and steps onto open living and dining pavilion. Comfortable seating for 12 guests, stereo CD sound system and circular dining table for up to 12 guests. A variety of board games, CDs, books and magazines are provided. Adjacent to this pavilion is a gas fired BBQ.
MAIN LEVEL - KITCHEN PAVILION
Across a lily pond from the living pavilion is the well equipped kitchen featuring an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, walk-in refrigerated cold room, juicer, blender, toaster and rice cooker. The laundry area to the rear has a washing machine and dryer. There is also a wash room and WC for pool users.
MAIN LEVEL - ACCOMMODATION PAVILIONS
Located overlooking the swimming pool are 2 identical, 2 story bedroom pavilions. Each pavilion has a veranda and a downstairs bedroom which feature double beds (can be split by staff for twin bedding if required), air-condition units, satellite TVs, IDD telephones and walk-in closets. Each bedroom has en-suite facilities with a wash basin, hairdryer, outdoor shower, toilet and a bath tub. A photocopier, internet access and printer are also available at the Villa.
UPPER LEVEL - ACCOMMODATION PAVILIONS
Each pavilion has one upstairs bedroom which feature double beds (can be split by staff for twin bedding if required), air-condition units, satellite TVs, IDD telephones and walk-in closets. Each bedroom has en-suite facilities with a wash basin, hairdryer, outdoor shower, and toilet. A photocopier, internet access and printer are also available at the Villa.
